INGREDIENTS:**
g Eggs, chicken, white, raw
g Hellman's Real Mayonnaise (HCP added*)
ml Tesco Italian Chopped Tomatoes (HCP added*)
g Mushrooms, white, raw
ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Unflavoured)
g Oil, olive
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a pan on medium - low, ad chopped mushrooms and fry.
2. Whisk the egg, add to the pan, and scramble until soft, allow to cool slightly.
3. Blend the mushrooms and egg mixture with oil, mayo, tomatoes and KetoCal 4:1LQ until smooth.
4. Add water and blend again to desired consistency.
