Minced Beef in Tomato Sauce

INGREDIENTS:**
g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
g Oil, olive
g Beef, mince, raw
g Garlic puree
g Spring onions, bulbs only, raw
g Gia Sundried Tomatoe Paste (HCP added*)
g Tomatoes, canned, whole contents
g Oregano, dried, ground
g Cathedral City Mature Cheddar Cheese (HCP added*)
g Greek Yoghurt Total 5% (HCP added*)
Directions:
- Place olive oil, minced beef, garlic puree, tomato puree and spring onion in a pan and cook for 10 mins.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook for a further 5 mins. Add a pinch of oregano if required.
- Stir KetoCal into sauce until dissolved (do not boil) and serve immediately.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top
- Small amount of yoghurt added for evening meds.
