Strawberry mousse

INGREDIENTS:**
ml Elmlea, double cream, 100% plant (HCP added*)
g Strawberries, frozen
Directions:
Weigh and defrost strawberries
Whisk cream until thick
Blend strawberries and whipped cream with hand blender together to make smooth mousse
Add sweetener if required
Refrigerate until firm
Please Do not give too often due to low protein content
