 g Peas, sugar-snap, raw
 g Lettuce, average, raw
 g Avocado, average, flesh only
 g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
 g Oil, olive
 g Mint, fresh
 g Cheese, Halloumi
 g Raspberries, raw
 ml Aldi double cream (HCP added*)
