Strawberry Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS:**
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 g Strawberries, raw
 g Water, distilled
 g Cream, single, UHT
 g Vanilla extract, sugar free (HCP added*)
 g Sweetener, liquid, Hermesetas (HCP added*)

Directions:

  1. Chop strawberries into small pieces.
  2. Mix together KetoCal, strawberries, water,  cream, 4 drops of vanilla extract and a squirt of sweetener in a freezer proof bowl.
  3. Place in a freezer for 20 mins.
  4. Remove, then stir mixture until smooth.
  5. Repeat process twice more, then leave until frozen.
  6. Divide into 5 equal servings.
