Alice chicken tray bake.

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Chicken, light meat, raw
 g Swede, flesh only, raw
 g Oil, olive
 g Sweetcorn, kernels, boiled 'on the cob' in unsalted water, weighed with core
 g Potatoes, new, canned, re-heated, drained

Directions:

1 drain the potatoes and slice in half, place onto a baking sheet
2 slice the sweetcorn into 1/8 (sweetcorn ribs) and place onto the baking tray.
3 cut the chicken into strips and place on top of the potatoes and sweetcorn,
4 drizzle over the oil and season with salt and pepper 
5 bake at 180oc for 25/ 30 minutes until the chicken and sweetcorn are golden brown and cooked though.
