 g Avocado, average, flesh only
 g Ham
 g Butter, salted
 g Cathedral City Mature Cheddar Cheese (HCP added*)
 g Black olives
 g carb zone tortilla wrap (HCP added*)
 g Garlic Puree (GIA) (HCP added*)
 g Clotted Cream (Rodda's) (HCP added*)
 g Lettuce, average, raw

Directions:

wrap butter and cheese in ham and serve with everything else.
