RH 2:1 Lunchbox / picnic - Avacado, crisps, cheese and butter wrap

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Avocado, average, flesh only
 g Ham
 g Butter, salted
 g Cathedral City Mature Cheddar Cheese (HCP added*)
 g Black olives
 g Fitbake Wrap (HCP added*)
 g Hellman's Real Mayonnaise (HCP added*)
 g Celery, raw

Directions:

1/2 wrap with butter/mayo and ham. 
Left over mayo can be used as dip for celery or mashed with avocado 
15g Ham can be swapped with: 15g Tuna (in sunflower oil), OR 10g chicken breast.
