Cheesy Mash

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Cathedral City Mature Cheddar Cheese (HCP added*)
 g Cheese, cream, Philadelphia
 g Butter, spreadable (75-80% fat)
 g Potatoes, old, raw, flesh only

Directions:

1.Boil the potato in salted water till soft.
2.Drain and mash with the butter.
3.Add the philadelphia and finely grated cheddar.
4.Beat till light & fluffy.
5. This is really cheesy and has a lovely flavour and texture.
