Creamy Mash Potato

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Cathedral City Mature Cheddar Cheese (HCP added*)
 ml Aldi double cream (HCP added*)
 g Potatoes, old, raw, flesh only
 g Cauliflower, boiled in unsalted water
 g Butter, unsalted

Directions:

1.Boil the potato and cauliflower separately in water until soft.
2.Drain and mash with the butter.
3.Add the double cream and finely grated cheddar.
4.Beat till light & fluffy.
