Mushroom and tomato scrambled Eggs with a side of fruit RA 2.1

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Butter, unsalted
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Courgette, raw
 g Oil, olive
 g Water, distilled
 g Cheese, Parmesan, fresh
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Tomatoes, standard, raw
 g Heinz Tomato Ketchup No Added Sugar and Salt (HCP added*)
 g Milk, whole, pasteurised, average
 g Grapes, green
 g Strawberries, raw

Directions:

  1. Add olive oil and butter to a frying pan and heat gently.
  2. Beat the remaining ingredients together
  3. Add the mixture to the pan and whisk gently until the mixture is cooked through, vegetables are soft and a scrambled consistency is achieved.
  4. Add ketchup to side of plate for scrambled egg to be dipped into



Serve with a side of grapes and strawberries
