Mushroom and tomato scrambled Eggs with a side of fruit RA 2.1

INGREDIENTS:**
g Butter, unsalted
g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
g Courgette, raw
g Oil, olive
g Water, distilled
g Cheese, Parmesan, fresh
g Mushrooms, white, raw
g Tomatoes, standard, raw
g Heinz Tomato Ketchup No Added Sugar and Salt (HCP added*)
g Milk, whole, pasteurised, average
g Grapes, green
g Strawberries, raw
Directions:
- Add olive oil and butter to a frying pan and heat gently.
- Beat the remaining ingredients together
- Add the mixture to the pan and whisk gently until the mixture is cooked through, vegetables are soft and a scrambled consistency is achieved.
- Add ketchup to side of plate for scrambled egg to be dipped into
Serve with a side of grapes and strawberries
