 g Peperami mini original 10g each (HCP added*)
 g Cathedral City Mature Cheddar Cheese (HCP added*)
 g Black olives
 g Cucumber, raw, flesh and skin
 g Avocado, average, flesh only
 g Plums, average, raw, flesh and skin
 g Hellman's Real Mayonnaise (HCP added*)

Directions:

make the cucumber, avocado and mayonnaise into a kind of dip.
