Chicken Alfredo

INGREDIENTS:**
 ml Cream, double, Tesco (HCP added*)
 g chicken breast oven baked (HCP added*)
 g Courgette, raw
 g Bacon rashers, back, raw
 g Cheese, Parmesan, fresh
 g Butter, salted
 g Garlic, raw

Directions:


1. Using a peeler, peel the courgette into fettuccine type "pasta"
2. Cook Chicken
3. Boil the courgette "pasta"4. Cook bacon and chop into small pieces.
5. Melt butter and add garlic clove, minced. Saute over low heat 1-2 mins. 

6. Add cream, stir and allow to simmer for 3 minutes, then remove from heat.
7. Fold the cheese into the sauce and leave to sit for 5 minutes.
8. Toss the courgette "pasta" in the sauce, add the chicken and sprinkle with bacon.
