Raspberry Chia Jam - 5 Servings at 2CHO

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Chia Seeds (Raw Health) (HCP added*)
 g Raspberries, frozen

Directions:

Add frozen raspberries to saucepan over very low heat. Cook for about 10 mins. 
Add chia seeds and cook for a further 3 mins and stir.
Remove from heat.
Refrigerate.
Makes 5 servings @ 2CHO/serving.
Make with love and serve with a smile x
