Beef stroganoff SC 2.1

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Tomatoes, canned, whole contents
 g Mushrooms, common, raw (HCP added*)
 g Courgette, raw
 g Pepper, capsicum, red, raw
 g Onions, raw
 g Oil, olive
 g Beef mince 15% fat (HCP added*)
 g Tomato puree
 g Sour Cream (Avonmore) (HCP added*)

Directions:

Beef stroganoff 


Cut mushrooms, courgette, peppers and onion. 


Gently heat oil in medium sized non stick pan. Add veg and cook until tender and oil is absorbed. 


Add mince to the pan and cook, covered unitl meat and veg are tender. Stir tomato pasta and simmer for 10 minutes. 


Stir through cream and serve immediately.
