Lamb and Sweet Potato Bolognaise with Penne SC 2.1

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Lamb mince 20% fat (Tesco) (HCP added*)
 g Onions, raw
 g Celery, raw
 g Garlic puree
 ml Tesco Italian Chopped Tomatoes (HCP added*)
 g Knorr Chicken Stock Pot (HCP added*)
 g Water, distilled
 g Butter, unsalted
 g Slim Pasta Penne (HCP added*)
 ml Aldi double cream (HCP added*)
 g Oil, olive
 g Sweet potato, baked

Directions:

1. Add olive oil, butter, garlic, onions and lamb mince onto pan and cook until brown, 
2. Add in double cream, stock pot, water and tomatoes and cook for a further 5 minutes on low
3. Add in sweet potato, celery and stir until all ingredients are cooked through 
4. Serve with a side of slim pasta (can add whole pack if desired)
