Vegetarian Cottage Pie 3:1

INGREDIENTS:**
g Gravy instant granules
g Beans, green, raw
g Courgette, raw
g Oil, olive
ml Aldi double cream (HCP added*)
g Butter, unsalted
g Carrots, young, boiled in unsalted water
g Celeriac, boiled in unsalted water
g Onions, raw
Directions:
1. Fry the mince and onions in oil
2.Chop courgette and add to pan. Add a sprinkle of pepper and mixed dried herbs if
desired.
3.Mix 5g gravy granules in 30ml boiled water (add
more or less water to get desired consistency)
4. Pour the gravy into the pan and leave to simmer until veg are
soft.
5.In a separate pan boil chopped celeriac. Once cooked add butter and cream and mash until
smooth.
6. Put mince into dish and spoon mash on top.
7.Boil green beans in water and serve alongside
8.Mix remaining 5g gravy granules with boiled water
and serve alongside.
