Dinner - Salmon Thai red curry

INGREDIENTS:**
g Oil, rapeseed
g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
g Ginger, fresh
g Salmon, farmed, flesh only, raw
ml Amoy coconut milk (HCP added*)
g Pepper, capsicum, red, raw
g Mushrooms, white, raw
g Slim Rice Original (HCP added*)
g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
g Greek style natural yoghurt (HCP added*)
g Curry powder
g Garlic Puree (GIA) (HCP added*)
Directions:
1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the home-made curry powder. Saute the onion and ginger. Add the pepper and mushrooms and garlic paste and saute before adding the salmon in small cubes.
2. Ad the coconut milk and bring to a light simmer.
3. When cooked through add the ketocal power and stir through to warm.
4. Serve with yoghurt and meds.
