SNACK - smoked salmon and cream cheese wrap with capers

INGREDIENTS:**
 g carb zone tortilla wrap (HCP added*)
 g Cheese, cream, Philadelphia
 g Salmon, smoked (cold-smoked)
 g Butter, salted
 g Avocado, Hass, flesh only
 g Lettuce, average, raw
 g Garlic Puree (GIA) (HCP added*)
 g Hellman's Real Mayonnaise (HCP added*)

Directions:

1. Make up wrap with butter, cream cheese, chopped up capers, salmon and lettuce
2. Make a small salad dip with the avocado and mayonnaise.
