LUNCH - Christmas for school

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Sausages, pork, The Black Farmer (HCP added*)
 g Bacon rashers, streaky, raw
 g Celeriac, raw
 g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
 g Cheese, Parmesan, fresh
 g Parsnip, raw
 ml Mayonnaise Hellmanns Full Fat (HCP added*)
 g Oil, olive
 g Chicken, dark meat, raw
 g Carrots, young, raw
 g Hartley's Sugar free jelly (HCP added*)
 ml Cream, Double Asda (HCP added*)
 g Blueberries
 g Mustard seeds
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder

Directions:

1. Grate the carrots and stir fry with the mustard seeds in some of the oil.  Set aside and keep warm
2. Fry the chicken, sausage and bacon in small pieces.  Set aside and keep warm. 
3. Grate parsnip, celeriac and cheese and slice the onion finely.  Mix with the ketocal powder and season. Oil a muffin tin and place the mixture in the pan, pressing down with a spoon. Bake at 180 degrees until golden on top.  
4. Serve the jelly, cream and blueberries for pudding.
