INGREDIENTS:**
 g Sweetener, Truvia (HCP added*)
 g Raspberries, raw
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Vanilla)
 g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream
 g Avocado, Hass, flesh only
 g Water, distilled

Directions:

1 blend everything together in a smoothie maker or food processor until smooth,
2 add ice for thicker texture and add more water to add volume,
