4.1 group b muffin

INGREDIENTS:**
g Sweetener, Truvia (HCP added*)
g Blueberries
g Coconut flour, groovy food (HCP added*)
g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Vanilla)
g Butter, unsalted
Directions:
1 in a bowl mix the ketocal powder, coconut flour and sweater,
2 chop the blueberries in half and add to the bowl
3 whisk in the cooled melted butter and beaten egg, mix until you have a smooth mixture,
4 place the mixture into a lined muffin tin or mould,
5 bake at 170oc for 8/10 minutes until the top is golden,
6 allow to cool on a wire rack
7 once cool you can wrap and store in the freezer until needed.
