3.1 group b pancakes

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Coconut flour, groovy food (HCP added*)
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Vanilla)
 g Oil, olive
 g Blueberries
 g Butter, unsalted
 g Water, distilled

Directions:

1 in a pan over med/low heat add the olive oil to warm
2 in a bowl add the ketocal, coconut flour, blueberries and water and whisk until you have a smooth mixture,
3 spoon into the hot oil and fry for a few minutes per side until golden
4 place onto a plate and serve with the butter on top to melt over the warm pancakes,
