2.5.1 group b cauliflower cheese

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Cauliflower, raw
 g Morrisons Cream cheese (HCP added*)
 g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream
 g Cheese, cheddar (HCP added*)
 g Oil, olive

Directions:

1 steam the cauliflower until tender 
2 in a bowl mix the cream cheese, double cream, olive oil season to taste with salt and pepper 
3 place the cooked cauliflower into a heat proof dish and pour over the sauce now sprinke over the cheese 
4 bake at 170oc for 15/20 minutes unilt the cheese has melted and started to go golden on top
5 serve hot or allow to cool before freezing
