2.5.1 group a dessert snack cheesecake

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Cheese, cream, Philadelphia
 g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream
 ml Skinny Food Co, sugar free, chocolate syrup (HCP added*)
 g Cocoa powder
 ml Orange extract, waitrose (HCP added*)
 g Raspberries, raw

Directions:

1, whisk the coco powder with the sugar free syrup, orange extract and double cream in a bowl until smooth.
2  add in the cream cheese and whisk until smooth,
3 place into a small ramakin and top with the raspberries chill in the fridge until set firm, 
********* add sugar free vanilla or lemon to change the flavors of this cheesecake.
