4.1 group a easy pizza

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Lo Dough wrap base (serving = 1 wrap/28g (HCP added*)
 g Gia Sundried Tomatoe Paste (HCP added*)
 g Cheese, Mozzarella, fresh
 g Tomatoes, canned, whole contents
 g Black olives
 g Oil, olive

Directions:

1 cut the low carb wrap into a 5/6-inch circle brush both sides with olive oil place onto a lined baking tray or cookie sheet. ( you won't use all the olive oil at this stage)
2 in a small bowl mix the remaining olive oil, tomato puree and canned tomatoes, season with salt and pepper and a pinch of dried mixed herbs,
3 spread the tomato sauce over the pizza base use the back of a spoon to cover the base in 1 even layer.
4 slice the olives and cheese and top the pizza.
5 bake at 170oc for 10/15 minutes until the cheese has melted and the pizza is piping hot.
6 serve warm or allow to cool then wrap and freeze until needed, (you can re-heat this pizza from frozen in a 170oc oven or air frier)
