chicken Kiev

INGREDIENTS:**
g Chicken, dark meat, raw
g Eggs, chicken, white, raw
g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
g Cheese, Mozzarella, fresh
g Oil, olive
Directions:
1 remove the skin from the chicken and keep to one side. chop the cheese into 2 cubes.
2 dice up the chicken add to the bowl of a food processor,
3 add the egg white and ketocal to the chicken and season with salt and white pepper, process until you have a smooth paste.
4 divide the mixture into 2 portions with wet hands flatted to roughly 4-inch circle and place 1 mozzarella cube in the center, bring the chicken around the cheese to form ball roll in your hand until smooth, repeat with the second portion.
5 now wrap the chicken skin around to completely cover the Kiev.
6 brush with the olive oil and place on a baking sheet, season the Kiev with salt,
7 bake at 170oc for 15/20 minutes until fully cooked through and the chicken skin is golden brown and crispy (you can also shallow fry or use your air frier)
