SNACK - seed crackers

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Holland and Barrett Almond Flour Flurry (HCP added*)
 g Sunflower seeds
 g Pumpkin seeds
 g Tesco Golden Flaxseed (HCP added*)
 g psyllium husk (HCP added*)
 ml vita coco coconut oil (HCP added*)
 g Sesame seeds

Directions:

1. Mix all the dry ingredients.  Add melted oil and water to make a dough with a gel-like consistency.
2. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and put some paper on top.  Roll to flatten evenly. 
3.  Remove the upper paper and back on a low rack at 150c for 40-45 mins.  Leave in the oven to cool.
