Chicken korma curry

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Curry powder
 g Water, distilled
 g Gia Sundried Tomatoe Paste (HCP added*)
 g Garlic puree
 g Tomatoes, canned, whole contents
 ml Aldi double cream (HCP added*)
 g Oil, olive
 g Chicken breast, raw (HCP added*)
 g Mushrooms, white, raw
 g Peppers, capsicum, green, raw
 g Spring onions, bulbs only, raw

Directions:


Place oil in saucepan and heat, add chicken, mushrooms, peppers, tomato puree, spring onions and garlic puree and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.
Add chopped tomatoes, curry powder and water, cook for further 10 mins on low heat.
Mix cream into the curry (do not boil) and serve immediately.
