Celeriac and Butternut Squash

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Squash, butternut, raw
 g Celeriac, boiled in unsalted water
 g Butter, salted
 g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream
 g Protifar

Directions:

  1. Cook butternut squash and weigh out required amount.
  2. Puree with celeriac with a hand blender.
  3. Mash with the remaining ingredients.
