Sausage and cauliflower mash

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Sausages, pork, The Black Farmer (HCP added*)
 g Cauliflower, raw
 g Butter, unsalted
 ml Cream, double, Tesco (HCP added*)
 g Knorr Vegetable Stock Pot (HCP added*)
 g Water, distilled

Directions:

Cook sausage in the oven until brown. Boil cauliflower in a pan and drain, mash with the cream and butter. Mix stock pot with boiled water and serve over the sausage and cauliflower mash.
