Coconut Porridge

INGREDIENTS:**
g Butter, unsalted
g Coconut milk, retail
ml Cream, double, Tesco (HCP added*)
g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
g Tesco milled flax seed mix 175g (HCP added*)
g Tesco finest organic coconut flour (HCP added*)
Directions:
1. Place the coconut flour, flax, coconut milk and salt (pinch) in a small saucepan over a medium heat
(Add water as needed to get correct consistency)
2. Stir until it thickens, remove from the heat and stir in the beaten egg.
3. Return to the heat and add the cream, sweetener (of your choice) and butter, stir until it thickens
again.
