Fish Pie

INGREDIENTS:**
g Potatoes, old, raw, flesh only
g Salmon, wild, flesh only, raw
ml Cream, double, Tesco (HCP added*)
g Broccoli, green, raw
g Butter, unsalted
g Carrots, old, raw
g Celery, boiled in unsalted water
g Cod, flesh only, raw
g Cheese, cheddar (HCP added*)
g Oil, sunflower
Directions:
You will also need a little seasoning and a pinch of dried herbs (optional)
1. Gently cook the fish in the oil for a few minutes. It will cook quite quickly.
2. Stir in the cream, with a little seasoning and herbs if using.
3. Boil and then mash the potato and celeriac with the butter.
4. Cook Broccoli and carrots as you wish
5. Put the fish and veg in a small heatproof dish and top with the potato mix.
6. Top with the grated cheese.
7. Brown off under a hot grill or pop into a hot oven for a few minutes.
