Chicken Sunday Dinner

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Broccoli, green, raw
 g Butter, unsalted
 g Carrots, old, raw
 g Gravy instant granules, made up with water
 g Potatoes, old, raw, flesh only
 g Oil, olive
 ml Fresh double cream tesco (HCP added*)
 g Chicken, meat, average, raw

Directions:

1. Roughly chop the veg, cover in 7ml oil and roast
2. Chop and boil potatoes
3. Once done, mix in 25ml double cream and 17g butter*
4. Cut up chicken and fry in remaining 10ml oil
5. Make up gravy as per packet instructions and use 30ml
*If too much butter, then mix with veg once done
