INGREDIENTS:**
 ml alpro soya no sugars plain yoghurt (HCP added*)
 g Cream, fresh, clotted
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Vanilla)
 g Raspberries, frozen

Directions:

1 defrost the raspberries and blend or pass through a mesh sieve to remove the seeds (you can also use strawberries here)
2 whisk the ketocal powder into the yogurt add the raspberry puree and cream mix until smooth,
3 add sweetener to taste if you think it needs it.
4 chill until needed.
