Celeriac and cheese mash with chicken

INGREDIENTS:**
 ml Aldi double cream (HCP added*)
 g Cauliflower, boiled in unsalted water
 g Cathedral City Mature Cheddar Cheese (HCP added*)
 g Celeriac, boiled in unsalted water
 g Turnip, boiled in unsalted water
 g Butter, salted
 g Chicken, breast, grilled, meat and skin
 g Oil, olive

Directions:

Chop the turnip and cauliflower.
Boil until tender.
Drain and mash.
Finely grate the cheese and add to the mash with the cream, butter, 10ml oil and some seasoning. 
Fry chicken in 25ml oils.
