Cottage Pie 3:1

INGREDIENTS:**
g Gravy instant granules
g Oil, olive
ml Aldi double cream (HCP added*)
g Butter, unsalted
g Beef, mince, raw
g Broccoli, green, boiled in unsalted water
g Onions, raw
g Carrots, old, raw
Directions:
- Fry the mince and onions in oil
- Mix 5g gravy granules in 30ml boiled water (and more or less water to get desired consistency)
- Pour the gravy into the pan and leave to simmer until veg are soft.
- In a separate pan boil chopped celeriac. Once cooked add butter and cream and mash until smooth.
- Put mince into dish and spoon mash on top.
- Mix remaining 5g gravy granules with boiled water and serve alongside.
