Cottage Pie 3:1

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Gravy instant granules
 g Oil, olive
 ml Aldi double cream (HCP added*)
 g Butter, unsalted
 g Beef, mince, raw
 g Broccoli, green, boiled in unsalted water
 g Onions, raw
 g Carrots, old, raw

Directions:

  1. Fry the mince and onions in oil
  2. Mix 5g gravy granules in 30ml boiled water (and more or less water to get desired consistency)
  3. Pour the gravy into the pan and leave to simmer until veg are soft.
  4. In a separate pan boil chopped celeriac. Once cooked add butter and cream and mash until smooth.
  5. Put mince into dish and spoon mash on top.
  6. Mix remaining 5g gravy granules with boiled water and serve alongside.
