3.1 crackers

INGREDIENTS:**
 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
 g Eggs, chicken, whole, raw
 g Cheese, Parmesan, fresh
 g Mixed herbs, dried

Directions:

1 grate the parmesan cheese into a bowl add the pinch of dried mixed herbs and season with salt and pepper.
2 add the ketocal powder and egg mix until you have a smooth paste.
3 pre heat the oven to 170oc and line a baking sheet or cookie tray with baking paper.
4 spoon teaspoons of the paste into the baking tray, with the back of the spoon smooth out until you have a smooth circle about 1 inch round. (Dip the spoon in cold water to help smooth out the cracker)
5 bake for 8/10 minutes until golden brown, remove from the oven and allow to cool on the tray.
6 store in a tin or airtight container until needed.
