Courgette Puree

INGREDIENTS:**
 g KetoCal 3:1 Powder
 g Courgette, raw
 g Butter, salted

Directions:

  1. Finely grate courgette, then fry in butter in the frying pan.
  2. Mix KetoCal with small amount of water, add to courgette mixture.
  3. Blend mixture to a puree consistency, adding water as desired to achieve a smooth consistency.
