vanilla biscuit

INGREDIENTS:**
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Vanilla)
 g Butter, unsalted
 g Almonds, flaked and ground
 g hoosiel hill farm icing sweetener

Directions:

1 use room soft butter for this recipe.
2 cream the butter and icing sweetener with a few drops of vanilla extract, (you can use almond extract, orange zest, lemon zest, pinch of ground cinnamon, or ground ginger)
3 add the ground almonds and ketocal powder, and mix until you have a soft dough, chill in the fridge for 30 minutes 
4 line a cookie sheet or baking tray with baking paper.
5 cut the dough into 4 and roll into a smooth ball, place on the cookie sheet, and press down slightly, (you can make bigger or smaller biscuits as needed)
6 bake at 170oc for 8/10 minutes until the top is a golden brown if you make it bigger or smaller biscuits adjust the timing to suit 
7 cool on the tray then store in a biscuit tin or air-tight container 
8 you can shape the biscuits and freeze them until needed, when baking add a few minutes to the cooking times.
