3.1 fruit dessert

INGREDIENTS:**
 ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Vanilla)
 g Milk, semi-skimmed, pasteurised, average
 g Hartley's no added sugar strawberry jelly (HCP added*)
 g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream

Directions:

1 Mix 150mls of ketocal LQ with the double cream and milk.
2 add the 50mls of ketocal LQ in a small bowl and microwave until just warm.
3 stir in the jelly crystals and whisk until the jelly has fully melted.
4 add the jelly mixture to the cream mixture and whisk with a fork until combined
5 pour into molds or small ramekins and allow to set in the fridge
************* Use any flavor of sugar-free jelly
