swede wedges/chips

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Swede, flesh only, raw
 g Oil, olive

Directions:

1 peel the swede slice and chop it into batons any size you like for chips or French fries. you can also cube the swede great for a roast dinner.
2 arrange the swede chips onto a baking sheet and drizzle with the oil season to taste with salt and pepper.
3 bake at 170oc for 10/15 minutes depending on the size small cubes and French fries might not take as long check after 10 minutes
