roasted radish

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Radish, red, raw, flesh and skin
 g Oil, olive

Directions:

1 Top and tail the radish and slice in half place into a bowl drizzle with oil and season to taste, toss the radish so fully coated in the oil.
2 place onto a baking sheet and roast at 170oc for 12/15 minutes,
