Cheesy courgette rice

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Courgette, raw
 g Butter, unsalted
 g Cheese, cheddar (HCP added*)

Directions:

Grate the courgette and fry in a pan with the butter until softened. Mix in the cheese just before ready to melt the cheese, serve warm.
