3.1 cauliflower cheese

INGREDIENTS:**
g Cauliflower, raw
g Oil, olive
g Cheese, cream, Philadelphia
g Cream, fresh, double, including Jersey cream
ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Unflavoured)
g Cheese, Cheddar, English
Directions:
1 steam the cauliflower until tender
2 in a bowl mix the cream cheese, double cream, olive oil, and ketocal LQ season to taste with salt and pepper
3 place the cooked cauliflower into a heatproof dish and pour over the sauce now sprinkle over the grated cheese
4 bake at 170oc for 15/20 minutes until the cheese has melted and started to go golden on top
5 serve hot or allow to cool before freezing
