2.1 kale crisps

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Curly kale, raw
 g Oil, olive
 g Paprika

Directions:

1 remove the stalk from the kale then weigh out the 80g 
2 rip into bite size pieces and place in a bowl.
3 drizzle with the oil season to taste with salt and pepper and a pinch of smoked paprika stir so the kale is fully coated in the oil.
4 place the kale onto a baking sheet in one even layer
5 bake at  170oc for 5 minutes, after 5 minutes using a fish slice turn the kale over, bake for another 5 minutes until fully crisp 
6 allow to cool on the tray,
7 store in a air tight container
