Fish in Creamy Sauce

INGREDIENTS:**
 g Broccoli, green, boiled in unsalted water
 g Salmon, farmed, flesh only, grilled
 g Oil, olive
 ml Cream, double, Tesco (HCP added*)
 g Butter, unsalted
 g Cathedral City Mature Cheddar Cheese (HCP added*)

Directions:

melt butter, add flour, then slowly add cream and oil. Grill Salmon, steam veggies, pour cream sauce over both. Salt and pepper to taste.
