MKD spiced nuts

INGREDIENTS:**
g Nuts, mixed
g Eggs, chicken, white, raw
ml KetoCal 4:1 LQ (Unflavoured)
g Paprika
Directions:
1 in a small bowl mix the ketocal powder, pinch of salt, ground pepper, paprika, cumin and coriander stir until combined,
2 to another bowl add the nuts and egg white and stir until the nuts are fully coated with the egg whites,
3 sprinkle over the spice mix and stir to coat all the nuts,
4 place on a lined baking sheet spread out the nuts in one even layer, place in a 160oc oven for 5 minutes then using a fish slice turn the nuts over again make sure they are in 1 even layer so they roast evenly, place back for another 5 minutes until golden and roasted,
5 allow to cool on the tray once fully cooled store in an air tight container.
