MKD meat-zza

INGREDIENTS:**
g Beef, mince, raw
g Eggs, chicken, white, raw
g KetoCal 4:1 Powder (Unflavoured)
g Tomatoes, canned, whole contents
g Cheese, Mozzarella, fresh
g Spring onions, bulbs and tops, raw
g Garlic puree
g Cheese, Parmesan, fresh
g Mixed herbs, dried
Directions:
1 in a bowl add the beef, egg white season with a good pinch of salt and pepper with a wooden spoon beat the mixture until fully combined.
2 transfer the beef mixture onto a lined baking sheet, smooth out until you have a 7 inch circle smooth the top using the back of the spoon.
3 in a bowl add the chopped tomatoes, garlic, sliced spring onions, pinch of dried mixed herbs, ketocal powder and season to taste with salt and pepper.
4 spoon the tomato sauce over the beef,
5 slice or grate the mozzarella and top the pizza sprinkle over the parmesan.
6 bake at 170oc for 15/20 minutes until the cheese has melted and golden brown,
7 slice and serve with a green salad
