MKD tik tock pasta

INGREDIENTS:**
g Cheese, Feta
g Tomatoes, cherry, raw
g Garlic puree
ml MCT Oil
g Mixed herbs, dried
g Slim Pasta Penne (HCP added*)
Directions:
1 rinse and drain the pasta,
2 slice the cherry tomatoes in half place into a baking or oven proof dish, drizzle over the MCT oil, season with salt and pepper and pinch of dried herbs, stir until everything is well coated and spread out into one even layer,
3 place the block of feta into the middle of the dish.
4 bake at 170oc for 25 minutes until the tomatoes have roasted and the feta has a golden brown crust.
5 remove from the oven and add the drained pasta with a wooden spoon toss the pasta into the sauce and serve,
6 great hot or cold serve with a green salad.
